A sweet antique Victorian witches heart locket from the late 19th Century featuring engraved flowers on the front dotted with three twinkling, old mine cut diamonds (approx. 0.05ct each).
Witches hearts were gifted as a sentimental token by lovers during the Victorian era and symbolised the bewitching nature of their love for one another.
The piece is all 15ct gold with the original owner’s initials still etched on the back. It’s in excellent condition and complete with rims and windows within so two cherished family portraits can be inserted and kept close to the heart.
