This necklace features 3 silver casts of a 3600 year old Egyptian amulet picturing a papyrus.

The Papyrus was symbolic of Upper Egypt (Nile delta) in Ancient Egypt. The casts are made in recycled sterling silver. Lapis Lazuli was a favoured gemstones used by the ancient Egyptians. Then and today these stones come from Afghanistan. Necklace also features small 14ct gold filled beads and clasp. Gold filled is thicker and more durable than gold plated.
