The mixed gemstones measure approximately 3 MM in diameter to 5 MM in diameter and have been handcrafted in sterling silver to create a ring of total joy and happiness.  We have chosen five fabulous gems: 

Peridot for strength, calming and vitality; garnet for empowerment, strength and safety; citrine for motivation and abundancem blue topaz for mental balance and communication and finally amethyst for stress relief and healing.
